We are currently seeking 4 reliable General Labourers to assist with a furniture installation project. This is a short-term prospect for individuals who are physically fit, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Dates: Saturday, August 8 – Monday, August 10, 2026
Location - 144 bloor st w 7th floor toronto on m5s 1m4
Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Positions Available: 4

Responsibilities
Place and move furniture throughout the worksite
Assemble furniture and fasten components together
Perform general cleaning and site organization
Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling as required
Complete other general labour duties assigned by the site supervisor

Requirements
Ability to lift and move furniture safely




Comfortable using basic hand and power tools (basic drills only)
Solid work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to work in a team workplace
Previous furniture assembly or general labour experience is an asset but not required

Tools & PPE
All required tools will be provided on site.
Steel-toe safety shoes are not required.

Additional Information
Tool Allowance: $25 flat fee per worker
Overtime: No planned overtime. However, 1–2 workers may be asked to stay an additional couple of hours if required.
Parking: Paid garage parking is available on site (approximately $20–$25 per day).
