We are seeking a friendly and professional Caissier to join our retail team in. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
Operate POS systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital transactions
Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision and integrity
Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer experience
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
Manage customer inquiries via phone etiquette and in person
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Ensure the checkout area remains clean,



organized, and welcoming
Support sales goals through effective communication and organizational skills

Requirements
Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is preferred to serve diverse customers effectively
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technical sales is advantageous
Solid communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude
Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, and upselling techniques is a plus
Prior experience with product demos or technology sales is beneficial but not required
