Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, measuring, and organizing them for daily use
Assist in cooking and assembling dishes according to established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including food prep areas and storage
Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients
Support the kitchen team during busy service times by efficiently completing meal preparation tasks
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the kitchen fully equipped for service




Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive, energetic work environment focused on quality and efficiency

Qualifications
Prior food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail when handling food items and maintaining cleanliness
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and food handling procedures is a plus
A proactive approach to learning new skills within the food industry environment
