Techspirit Inc. is looking for a friendly and knowledgeable In-Store Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about our products, and driving sales. This position requires a proactive, outgoing individual who is comfortable engaging with customers and promoting our products.

Responsibilities:
Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and qualified manner
Identifying customer needs and recommending products that meet their requirements
Providing customers with accurate product information, pricing, and technical specifications
Demonstrating and showcasing products to customers in-store
Assisting customers with the purchase process, including processing payments and providing receipts
Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Monitoring inventory levels and restocking products as needed
Staying up-to-date on industry trends, product launches, and new technologies




Providing feedback to management on customer preferences and buying patterns

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven work experience in a retail sales workplace
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team workplace
Knowledge of consumer electronics products and technologies preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and climb ladders
Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and credit card transactions
