Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential, new construction, and service work. The Journeyman Electrician will work well independently on diverse projects that require technical expertise, precision, and adherence to safety standards.

Duties
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform electrical work on residential or commercial sites.
Conduct renovations and upgrades of existing electrical systems in accordance with project specifications.
Diagnose electrical issues using schematics and troubleshooting techniques; perform repairs as needed.
Follow all safety protocols to prevent hazards related to electrical work; ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
Maintain detailed documentation of work performed for record-keeping and future reference.

Requirements
Valid Journeyman Electrician license or certification.




Proven experience as a residential electrician or in a similar role within construction or renovation projects.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment used in electrical work.
Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical installations and maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
Physical ability to work in various environments, including heights or confined spaces if necessary.
