Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning dishes according to recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, equipment, and storage areas to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
Support cooking processes by following instructions from chefs or kitchen supervisors to ensure timely delivery of orders
Buss tables and clear dining areas efficiently to support the serving staff and uphold a clean environment
Handle food safely by adhering to proper handling procedures and sanitation guidelines at all times




Contribute to team efforts during busy service periods by supporting other kitchen staff and communicating effectively
Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet or event catering stations as needed

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued
Kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking, or banquet work is advantageous
Familiarity with food handling safety standards and protocols is a plus
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve guests professionally
Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or catering services enhances your suitability for this role
Ability to work efficiently in quick-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
