We are hiring a hands-on Landscape Foreman to lead a crew, maintain production, and deliver high-quality work. This is not a maintenance role.

We are actively hiring on site landscape construction foremen to oversee, guide and work with our landscape labourers. Exquisite Landscaping is a full service landscape company located in KELOWNA, providing landscape design and construction, irrigation installation, to residential, commercial projects.

Responsibilites:
Lead and manage a crew of 3–6 workers
Hands-on work alongside crew
Read and execute landscape drawings
Coordinate daily tasks and production
Operate equipment
Order materials and manage logistics
Conduct toolbox meetings and safety documentation
Ensure quality control and minimize deficiencies

Requirements:




Commercial landscape construction experience
Leadership experience preferred
Strong organization and efficiency
Equipment operation experience
Valid driver’s license

Preferred:
Irrigation experience
Equipment tickets
Plant knowledge
Safety certifications

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
