Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various operational tasks. This position offers an engaging environment where every day presents new opportunities to contribute and grow.

Responsibilities
Assist with unloading materials and organizing supplies to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, equipment, and materials as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including debris removal and waste disposal
Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately
Operate basic machinery or tools under supervision, such as forklifts or hand tools, when qualified
Maintenance of yard, landscaping, general labour duties as needed in various locations as needed.
Grass cutting, trimming trees, paint touch ups, general yard maintenance

Qualifications




Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Must be in good physical condition and able to operate a power saw and riding lawn mower
Robust work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn current skills
Positive communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) preferred
Reliable transportation to get to the worksite daily
