This senior role will require you to oversee multiple portfolios, ensuring transformation initiatives are aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and improve enterprise change management strategy
Ensure alignment of transformation objectives and business priorities




Develop best practice tools for change management
Guide stakeholders on change strategy and engagement
Partner with PMOs to support integrated outcomes

Requirements:
10+ years in change management leadership
5+ years of people management experience
Proven skills in stakeholder management
Experience in the Financial Services industry preferred
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
