Who You Are:
Passion for customer service and relationship-based sales
1+ year of experience in automotive sales or commission-based sales
Motivation to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment




Valid VSA License and BC Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems (DealerSocket experience is an asset)

Schedule: Full time

Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 per year (Commission Based)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Promoting and selling new and pre-owned Genesis vehicles
Delivering a luxury, consultative sales experience from first contact to delivery
Explaining vehicle features, warranties, and finance options clearly and confidently
Completing sales documentation accurately and efficiently
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Following up with customers to drive repeat and referral business
Staying current on product knowledge, market trends, and brand standards
