Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Supervisor to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, with a passion for providing outstanding guest service. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing guest orders, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and welcoming setting.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly while providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience.
Assist with food service as needed, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards and are served in a timely manner.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as necessary.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and address any guest concerns promptly.
Demonstrate effective time management skills to balance multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
Leading team members, assisting them with their workload as needed, covering shifts,



and assigning duties, ensuring all tasks are complete before the staff members leave
Reporting to the restaurant manager with any updates, issues, or concerns

Qualifications
Previous restaurant experience preferred, with a solid understanding of the food industry and serving practices.
Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation practices is essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest interactions.
Experience with cash handling and cashiering duties is advantageous.
A background in hospitality or restaurant service is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
