Job Summary

The Fertility Partners (TFP) is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will support recruitment across a range of clinical positions and may be performed remotely.

The successful candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner closely with hiring managers, and support timely and effective hiring outcomes. Experience recruiting within healthcare or other regulated environments with a customer centric approach is considered an asset; however, candidates with robust recruitment experience in other industries are encouraged to apply as well.

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and workforce needs
Post job advertisements and proactively source candidates using multiple channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the selection process
Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate recruitment records and tracking metrics




Ensure recruitment activities align with internal policies and applicable employment standards
Provide recruitment insights and recommendations to support ongoing hiring needs

Required Skills and Abilities
Robust knowledge of full-cycle recruitment practices
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of applicable provincial legislation
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail
Ability to build effective working relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common sourcing tools
Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and responsive

Education and Experience
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 4–5 years of progressive experience in a recruiter or talent acquisition role, managing full-cycle recruitment
Experience recruiting in healthcare, clinical, or regulated environments is an asset
