Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest
Assist customers with merchandising, POS transactions, and cash handling while maintaining accuracy
Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers throughout the shift




Maintain organized displays and ensure the sales area is clean and inviting
Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport and foster repeat business
Follow phone etiquette standards when interacting with clients over calls or inquiries

Qualifications
Multilingual or bilingual skills are preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele
Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service is advantageous
Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and basic math is beneficial
Strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate products confidently
Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to perform product demos and upsell effectively while maintaining professionalism
Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and independently as needed
Positive attitude with solid phone etiquette and customer service orientation
