Join Our Team at The Boss

The Boss Kitchen & Bar is looking for a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Server to join our front-of-house team. This role offers up to 5 shifts based on performance and scheduling needs. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a quick-paced workplace, delivers exceptional service, and enjoys being part of a supportive and professional team.

This posting is geared towards summer positions, but may have room for part time shifts leading up to the summer. Based on applications, we may have room to bring on partners earlier in a Host & Expo role leading up to Server Training.

What You’ll Bring:
Previous serving experience in a high-volume or full-service restaurant (3+ years preferred)




Strong communication and multitasking skills
A warm, positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Confidence in handling POS systems, taking orders, and managing guest needs efficiently
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to all guests
Collaborate with hosts, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth flow of service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and service areas
Handle payments accurately and follow all service procedures
