We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Banqueting Staff to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional guest services during events, ensuring a seamless dining experience in a hospitality setting. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food handling and service. Responsibilities
Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
Assist with setting up banquet areas according to event specifications
Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness throughout service periods
Replenish supplies and ensure presentation standards are met at all times
Provide attentive guest services, addressing any special requests or needs




Follow food safety and hygiene protocols diligently during food handling and serving
Support team members in coordinating event flow and guest satisfaction
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support event operations

Experience
Prior experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality settings is preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience working with guests in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
Familiarity with serving techniques, food presentation, and event setup is advantageous
Hotel or catering experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills and a qualified appearance are essential for success in this role

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
