Brownsey Electric Ltd. is currently looking for a Journeyman to join our crew for residential and commercial installations located throughout the Cowichan Valley.

Requirements:
Journeyman Electrical Certificate
Valid Class 5 Driver’s license
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Practical experience working with electrical systems and equipment
Knowledge of safe operation of tools and equipment
Ability to work both individually and in a cooperative environment

Responsibilities:
Identifying, analyzing, troubleshooting, and assisting with repairs of equipment and electrical faults
Using appropriate hand and power tools, assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, apparatus, and fixtures
Completing electrical installations and carrying out various maintenance duties
Ability to drive and manage a work van

Assets:
Experience in Residential & Commercial projects

Compensation/Benefits:




40 hours a week; Monday to Friday
