We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dosa Maker / Kitchen Helper (Line Cook) to join our team in Etobicoke. If you have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen and enjoy preparing authentic South Indian food, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Prepare dosas and assist with South Indian food preparation.
Support the kitchen team with food prep, cooking, and plating.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
Ensure ingredients are stocked and workstations remain organized.
Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
Work efficiently during busy service hours.

Requirements




Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper or Line Cook is required.
Experience making dosas is a strong asset.
South Indian cuisine experience is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Robust teamwork and communication skills.
Food Handler Certification is an asset.
