Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes with precision, consistency, and flair, ensuring each plate meets our high standards.
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients to streamline kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering strictly to food safety and handling protocols.
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal flavor, texture, and presentation of all menu items.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate meal preparation during busy service hours, ensuring timely delivery.
Follow all health regulations and safety procedures diligently to uphold a safe working environment for everyone.
Serve guests promptly and courteously,

Experience
Previous food service experience, particularly in restaurant or kitchen settings involving grilling or meal preparation.
Solid knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and proper sanitation practices within the food industry.
Familiarity with cooking techniques specific to grilling, including managing heat sources and controlling cooking times.
Experience in serving guests efficiently while maintaining quality standards under pressure.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of restaurant operations and food industry best practices is preferred but not required.
