Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our new restaurant. In this role, you will be providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Basic bartending skills and expert customer service is key to the role!

Your responsibilities will include making drinks, managing customer interactions, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.

Some supervisor/managing experience is required.

We are looking for Monday- Wednesday and Saturdays to start, with the ability to grow from 30ish hours a week to closer to 40hours

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide them with menu information and recommendations.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling practices.
Make alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
Adhere to food safety standards and regulations while preparing and serving food items.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.




Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
Assist in training recent team members on front-of-house procedures and best practices.

Requirements
2+ years previous experience managing in the restaurant industry is required
Solid customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is beneficial.
Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Basic bartending experience is required.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
