We are seeking a talented and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nail care and customer service, with the ability to create beautiful, well-maintained nails while providing an exceptional client experience. As a Nail Technician, you will help clients look and feel their best through expert nail services and personalized consultations.

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety
Provide body waxing services as requested by clients, ensuring comfort and professionalism
Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their needs and recommend suitable services or retail products
Upsell additional services or retail items to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
Build strong relationships with clients by delivering friendly, skilled customer service




Keep workstations organized and stocked with necessary supplies for efficient service delivery
Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer the latest nail care options

Requirements
Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills
Certification is a plus
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for health safety
Experience with body waxing is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided if needed
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services and retail products confidently
Passion for customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if required
