What You’ll Do:
Conduct assessments in the community using standardized tools.
Work with clients facing a variety of challenges, including those recovering from strokes or neurological issues affecting speech, communication, and/or swallowing.
Develop care plans based on evidence-based practices and clinical expertise.
Utilize a hybrid model of care, combining face-to-face and virtual sessions, to provide the best possible service.
Collaborate with clients’ families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to set and achieve care goals.

Skills for Success:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario. (CASLPO)
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Solid organizational and communication skills.
Multilingual abilities are an asset.
Experience in community-based services is a plus, but new graduates are welcome!

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
