Store Associate – Job Description

Position: Store Associate

Job Summary:
The Store Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting retail sales, processing courier shipments, and assisting customers with mobile services and device repairs. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.

Work Schedule
Monday to Thursday: 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: Off

Key Responsibilities
Process incoming and outgoing shipments for FedEx, DHL, and Purolator, including packaging, labeling, scanning, and customer pickups/drop-offs.
Assist customers with Rogers and Fido mobile plan activations, upgrades, account inquiries, and accessory sales.
Greet customers and answer questions regarding phone, tablet, and computer repair services.
Create repair tickets, collect customer information, and update customers on repair status.
Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and qualified store setting.




Receive, organize, and replenish inventory.
Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
Follow company policies and operational procedures.
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn carrier and point-of-sale systems.
Strong attention to detail.
Previous experience in retail, wireless sales, courier services, or customer service is an asset.
Ability to lift and move packages when required.
