Fredericton Mazda is seeking an individual who is service-oriented, self-motivated and has exceptional communication skills.

The duties of this position include:

Direct contact with customers by phone and face to face which includes booking appointments, going over repair orders, selling services, taking payment and assessing customer needs

Maintaining and implementing processes in the Service Department

Always keeping customer satisfaction and retention top of mind

You must be reliable and trustworthy, have valuable computer skills as well as a valid driver’s license.

Previous experience working in an automotive service department will be considered an asset

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
