Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist with placing take-out orders via phone or in person
Accurately process orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to relay special requests or modifications
Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about menu items and order status
Prepare orders for pickup, ensuring they are complete, properly packaged, and ready on time




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the take-out station and surrounding areas
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
Solid communication skills and friendly phone etiquette
Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced setting
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude
Experience with food handling and safety protocols preferred
Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not required
