Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on various automotive systems using schematics and technical manuals
Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements
Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs effectively
Interpret technical schematics and mechanical diagrams to identify issues accurately
Execute heavy lifting tasks safely when handling engine components or vehicle parts




Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair findings clearly to customers
Assist with vehicle inspections, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance

Experience
Proven dealership experience or extensive mechanic experience in a fast-paced automotive environment
Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle makes and models
Proficiency with schematics, assembly procedures, and the use of hand tools and power tools
Experience with welding techniques and heavy lifting tasks required for complex repairs
Knowledge of automotive repair standards, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a busy workshop setting
