Futurpreneur Canada seeks a Director of Partnerships to enhance government relations and funding initiatives. This leadership role focuses on building strategic alliances that empower young entrepreneurs.
In this full time position located in Toronto, you will steer partnerships and funding efforts to promote young entrepreneurship across Canada. With a focus on inclusive economic growth, you will oversee relationships with government entities, corporate partners, and major donors. You'll be responsible for creating funding strategies, maintaining stakeholder maps, and leading a high-performing team committed to Futurpreneur's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead government relations and public funding strategies
Cultivate relationships with government and public sector partners




Oversee proposal development and communication materials
Guide fundraising plans for corporate and foundation support
Manage international partnerships and mentoring initiatives

Requirements:
Minimum 7 years' experience in government relations and fundraising
Solid understanding of public policy and funding priorities
Bilingual in English and French preferred
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proven leadership experience in a team workplace
