Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Geomatics Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with CAD tools, field data collection methods and job research.

Responsibilities
Conduct field data collection using GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment to gather accurate spatial information.
Prepare detailed maps, drawings, and plans utilizing AutoCAD and CAD software to support project design and documentation.
Maintain detailed records of field activities, survey notes, and data logs for future reference and reporting purposes.

Qualifications
Proficiency in MicroSurvey CAD software is required.
Robust skills in data collection methods including GPS technology and total stations.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently in the field and collaboratively within a team setting.
Prior experience or knowledge of land surveying practices is a plus.
Relevant educational background in geomatics, surveying, or related fields is preferred.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
