889 Community is a welcoming wellness space dedicated to movement, connection, and valuable vibes. From our pilates and yoga studios to our in-house café, Sip Sip, we're here to make every visit feel like a breath of fresh air — and we need passionate people to help us do it.

The Role
As a Front Desk Team Member, you're the heartbeat of the studio. You'll be the first and last face our members see, keeping things running smoothly while creating a warm, energetic setting everyone loves walking into.

What You'll Do
Welcome members and guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
Check clients in, answer questions, and handle bookings and scheduling
Sell and promote memberships, packages, and retail merchandise
Set up and reset the studio for pilates and yoga classes — arranging mats, props, and equipment
Craft drinks and snacks at Sip Sip, our in-house café (training provided)
Keep the front desk and common areas clean, organized,



and looking great
Support the team during class transitions and busy periods

What We're Looking For
A people-person who genuinely enjoys helping others
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and basic admin tasks
A passion for wellness, fitness, or hospitality is a big plus
Reliable, punctual, and a real team player
Barista or café experience is an asset but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
