We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications and providing pharmaceutical care services to patients in a Community Pharmacy setting
Responsibilities:
Dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
-Able to make sound decisions for the benefit of the patients and the business
Review and interpret physician orders
Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness and adverse effects
Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care
Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited pharmacy program
Active Pharmacist license in Ontario
Knowledge of medication administration and medical terminology
Experience in a community Pharmacy and providing Minor ailment counselling .
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with the team
Injection training is an asset .
