Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth operations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and possess strong communication and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements to optimize flow
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS
Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently and accurately
Prepare basic food items and assist with food presentation when needed
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations
Ensure food safety protocols are followed during food handling and serving
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up stations and cleaning
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements
Prior experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred




Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a busy setting
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous but not required
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed

Job Types: Full time, Part time

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
