About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced CNC Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating HOMAG CNC panel saws and a strong understanding of woodworking or cabinet manufacturing processes. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced production environment.

Responsibilities
Operate and set up HOMAG CNC panel saws safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret production drawings, cut lists, and work orders.
Load materials and ensure accurate cutting according to specifications.
Perform machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance.
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
Optimize material usage and minimize waste.
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
Work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of CNC saw operating experience.




Experience operating HOMAG CNC equipment is required.
Ability to read shop drawings and production documents.
Strong measuring and mathematical skills.
Knowledge of woodworking materials, cabinetry, or furniture manufacturing is an asset.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
