Key Responsibilities:
Actively deter theft and unwanted behavior with your presence
Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service
Conduct recoveries and apprehensions with safety in mind
Respond quickly and effectively to incidents as they arise
Complete incident reports accurately and in a timely fashion
Requirements:
Valid BC Security Worker License (AST) required
Minimum 1 year experience in security preferred
6 months experience in retail security or loss prevention
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stand attentively for 8-hour shifts
