Our client is hiring: Prepper

Our client runs a lively, social kitchen where fresh, flavorful food comes first and the energy never quite turns off. They are looking for a reliable Prepper to join the back of house team. This role is a outstanding fit for someone who works well independently, follows instructions carefully, and takes pride in getting things ready right before the rush begins.

What you will do:
Prepare ingredients and set up stations ahead of service
Follow recipes and food safety standards precisely
Plan your workflow so everything is ready on time
Keep your station organized and clean throughout your shift
Communicate with the kitchen team about what is ready and what needs attention

What we are looking for:
Someone who can work independently and stay focused on detailed tasks
Solid planning and time management skills
Basic food safety knowledge is a plus,



but we are happy to train the right person
Comfortable holding a knife and handling kitchen tools safely
Reliable and consistent with morning availability

Compensation:

A competitive base rate of $20 - $22/hr plus tip pool.
