Summary

Senior Property Accountant role is vital in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's mission of delivering premium property services. Based in Toronto, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a energetic team dedicated to excellence.
Responsibilities

Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for:
Managing accounts payable and receivable processes with precision.
Reconciling bank and account statements regularly.
Preparing financial reports and supporting audits.
Maintaining accurate general ledger entries using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
Assisting with budgeting and financial analysis.




Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Collaborating with other departments to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in accounting or related field
3+ years of experience in property accounting, preferably within residential or condominium real estate
Robust knowledge of financial reporting and property accounting practices
Experience with Yardi considered an asset.
