Summary:

The Seasonal Line Cook position gives the applicant the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team in a fun, fast paced setting. As a Line Cook you will be a pivotal team member supporting our restaurant and banquet event services. There is a possibility to be extended full-time with this position.

Responsibilities:
Prepare, assemble, and execute menu items for dine-in, take-out, banquets, and plated service
Operate kitchen equipment including grill, flattop, fryers, and pizza ovens
Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, especially during service
Follow recipes, prep sheets, kitchen manuals, and established procedures




Maintain a clean and organized kitchen;
complete daily cleaningand equipment logs
Assist with receiving deliveries and verifying product quality and quantities
Manage inventory through proper stock rotation, storage, and temperature control
Work safely and efficiently to ensure consistent food quality and cost control
Communicate professionally with the Food & Beverage team
Complete opening and closing checklists as required

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience as a line cook in a professional environment preferred
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with robust time management skills
Available to work flexible shifts
Reliable transportation to and from work
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Food Handler Certification required or willingness to obtain
First Aid is required

Working Conditions:
Bending, lifting, extended periods of standing

Reason for Vacancy:
Seasonal position, and dependent on the weather and golf season.
