Key Responsibilities:
Assessing and evaluating patient health needs
Developing and implementing care plans
Administering medications and treatments
Monitoring patient responses to treatments
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care
Educating patients and their families on health management

Qualifications:
Valid Alberta Health Care Aide license/ directory
Long Term Care experience
Robust clinical skills and knowledge




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Other information:
$22.30/hour (relocation bonus only with exception of a 2-year commitment or out of province candidate)
