Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly assistance to enhance their shopping experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockrooms, and common areas
Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and processing shipments
Support team members with daily operational tasks such as checkout, returns, and product inquiries
Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace for all staff and visitors
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet sales goals and improve store performance




Participate in training sessions to stay informed about current products, procedures, and best practices

Qualifications
Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to help others
Ability to stand, walk, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts, sense of urgency.
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm is key!
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
A proactive mindset with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
