We are growing rapidly, and we’re looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us. This role will support supply chain projects as a New Initiatives Coordinator and is based at 123 Eastside Drive Manufacturing Facility in Etobicoke.

Pay Range
The anticipated base salary for this position is $60,000 to $65,000, depending on experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

What You’ll Be Doing in This Role

Coordinating new initiative projects to ensure timely deliveries and seamless execution.

Managing the flow of goods throughout the supply‑chain lifecycle to ensure delivery of production objectives against aggressive timelines, including managing risks and issues that arise.

Providing weekly updates to the Product Development and Launch team on project status, including risks associated to New Initiatives projects and solutions to mitigate risks and ensure projects remain on time and within budget.





Collaborating with internal cross‑functional departments (Supply Chain, Regulatory, Validation and Technology Transfer, QA, Production, Transportation) and contract manufacturers (TPMs) to meet required quantities by required delivery dates for recent product supplies.

Generating weekly and monthly reports on New Initiatives project KPIs and completing data analysis for tracking, identifying and escalating business‑critical issues that may affect project timelines.

Coordinating international expansion activities for production while collaborating with relevant teams to optimize supply‑chain processes in new markets.

Overseeing the setup and maintenance of master data related to New Initiatives projects.

Maintaining MRP settings within Microsoft D365 to align with operational strategies and ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the MRP system.

Performing other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration or a supply‑chain focus.

Direct working knowledge of production, supply‑chain management, inventory control and transportation management.





Exceptionally strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel. Advanced Access and/or SQL knowledge is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills internally and externally.

System and data knowledge of ERP Production Planning and Materials Management modules is considered an asset; D365 Finance & Operations experience is a plus.
