This hybrid role demands 7+ years of digital design experience, where you will contribute to email campaigns, digital ads, and web content. Collaborate with the Design and Brand teams to maintain creative consistency and high-impact execution. You’ll have the chance to lead the design process from concept through to delivery, ensuring alignment with market trends and brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design email, website, and media assets
• Define and uphold the creative vision with the Art Director
• Develop digital guidelines and design systems




• Translate product stories into compelling digital experiences
• Research market trends for creative insights

Requirements:
• 7+ years’ experience in elite digital design
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience
• Expertise in creating design systems and accessibility
• A visually driven mindset with a focus on community and sustainability
