Responsibilities
Managing contracts, change orders, and project documentation
Budget control, cost tracking, and financial reporting
Leading project delivery from pre‑construction through close‑out
Coordinating consultants, trades, and internal teams
Supporting tendering and procurement processes
Qualifications
Robust understanding of contracts, documentation, and financial controls
Detail‑oriented and process‑driven
Comfortable operating in a collaborative, hands‑on environment
