Our main priority is finding someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with toddlers and wants to build a meaningful, long-term relationship with our family.

Our youngest is an active, curious toddler who loves being outdoors, exploring, and learning through play.

We also have a mature 10-year-old son who is very independent and generally requires very little care. I work from home, so I''ll often be around during the day.

I''m looking for someone who is confident taking the lead with childcare while also enjoying a collaborative, relaxed workplace.

We live on an acreage with plenty of outdoor space, and our family values kindness, patience, creativity, and spending time outside.

The role is primarily childcare, but during naps or quieter moments we''d appreciate help with light household tasks such as tidying up after the day, children''s laundry, meal prep, or occasional errands.





If you''re interested, there may also be prospects to help with light administrative or social media tasks for our family business, though this is completely secondary to providing excellent care for our daughter.

We''re hoping to find someone who is warm, attentive, trustworthy, and proactive - someone who notices what needs to be done without needing constant direction and who truly enjoys becoming part of a family''s daily life. CPR/First Aid certification and previous childcare experience are significant to us.
