CDS Sales Manager CAN Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth for CDS Canada by expanding and strengthening customer relationships and collaborating with retail partners within the assigned region. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role manages the sales strategy for the CDS Sales team to achieve defined corporate objectives by providing valuable insights about consumer profiles and trends. We aim to consistently exceed expectations in our knowledge and our attentiveness to their overall business needs. CDS is the preferred in-house event marketing provider to Costco. We offer the best person-to-person marketing services in the industry, driving sales for our customers and Costco.

Responsibilities: Develop cutting-edge service capabilities and leverage existing customer relationships to access current and extended business opportunities
Conduct coaching, motivation and counseling with the Sales team
Build,
grow and manage outstanding relationships with Vendors, Brokers, and Buyers
Collaborate with the Director of Sales in the creating and execution of the annual strategic business plan
Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred
5+ years of related sales experience with solid customer focus
2 + years’ experience managing people
Very strong leadership, relationship building, customer focus and project management skills
Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills
Highly proficient user of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task across multiple projects and customers
Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills with the capability to present to the top executive levels of any organization
Bilingual English and French (Preferred)
