The Application Support Specialist supports testing, tuning, upgrading, and maintenance of PGT applications, identifies and resolves Tier 2 and Tier 3 application issues, and collaborates with IT staff.ResponsibilitiesProvide support and expertise in testing, tuning, upgrading, and maintenance of PGT applications.Identify and resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 application issues.Collaborate closely with Senior System Administrator, Senior Security Analyst, Technical Architect, and Database Administrator.QualificationsDiploma,
