In a context of growth, LMBF is looking for an auditor in quality control .
The auditor plays a key role in ensuring compliance and the quality of operations by
conducting transaction audits and call listening.
This role is ideal for a skilled who is recognized for their attention to detail, integrity and ability to work in a confidential and structured manner.
Key responsibilities Perform transaction audits in the files for all brokers and support teams (LMBF and Assuruni)
Make Call eavesdropping in order to ensure compliance and quality standards
Identify discrepancies, document observations and ensure rigorous follow-up
Collaborate with the various teams in order to contribute to the continuous improvement
of processes




Participate in the development and optimization of tools related to quality control
Perform any other related tasks related to the position
Profile wanted Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Holder of a valid AMF license for at least two (2) years
Ability to work in a structured and confidential setting
Valuable communication and collaboration skills
Experience in audit, compliance or quality control (asset)
