Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients and babies
• Collaborate in care plan development with families
• Document assessments and patient progress meticulously
• Teach patients and families about care practices
• Engage in quality improvement efforts and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved nursing school
• Current RN license from BCCNM
• One year’s related perinatal nursing experience
• Hold Basic Rescuer and NRP certifications
• Solid organizational and teaching abilities
