This full time position requires leading recruitment efforts, facilitating onboarding, and supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace. You will work closely with hiring managers, participate in growth opportunities initiatives, and contribute to employee engagement and training programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment processes for a variety of roles
• Collaborate with managers on hiring strategies
• Develop onboarding and training programs




• Drive employee engagement and inclusion initiatives
• Help manage performance and talent development
Requirements:
• 2+ years of recruitment and talent management experience
• Knowledge of DEIA initiatives in HR practices
• Solid organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
• CHRP or CHRL designation is a plus
