One of Stellar's exciting clients is searching for a Support Specialist to join their team for a long term contract opportunity. This position involves providing Level 1 and Level 2 support and effective resolution of IT‑related issues for over 1,000 employees.

Responsibilities

Support internal employees with technical issues involving Microsoft related technologies.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT‑related issues, with a strong understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems and network systems.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and promptly addressing user inquiries.

Collaborate with team leads and other IT professionals to ensure efficient problem resolution.

Document and track support requests, ensuring timely and accurate record‑keeping.

Qualifications

Previous experience providing support in an enterprise environment.

Related IT certifications such as ITIL, MTA, or MCSA.





Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work well in a team.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Robust communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proven ability to work independently and efficiently.

Availability for some shift work if applicable.

Pay: CA$45.00/hr – CA$53.00/hr (12‑month contract, 5 days in office downtown Vancouver).
