Job Overview
Our Client, a manufacturer of metal components and assemblies for the Automotive Industry, is looking to add the talents of an experienced Toolroom Supervisor to their organization. This role will provide direction to a single plant's department servicing production tooling, relying on technical and organizational ability to increase the efficiency and quality of the Toolroom's output within this facility.
Responsibilities
Provide direction and leadership to the toolroom department, increase efficiency and quality of tooling output, act as an effective communicator between internal cross‑functional teams and external partners.
Qualifications
Certified Tool & Die Maker with hands‑on experience leading, directing, and coaching skilled workers in an automotive setting. Familiarity with a press operation setting will be highly regarded.
Salary
Our Client’s preferred salary target is $80,000 - $95,000. The hiring salary will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
