What You’ll Do

Lead High-Impact Projects - From structural redesigns to sustainability breakthroughs, drive packaging that gets noticed and makes a difference—while balancing the day‑to‑day essentials that keep everything moving forward.

Design with Purpose - Blend brand storytelling with regulatory precision to deliver packaging that is both compliant and compelling.

Be a Strategic Partner - Work directly with Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and suppliers to influence packaging strategy from concept to shelf.

Innovate for the Future - Explore new materials, formats, and production techniques to improve sustainability and cost efficiency.

Mentor & Elevate - Share your knowledge and guide other designers, strengthening our creative culture.

Deliver Excellence - Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring on‑time, on‑brand, and on‑shelf delivery.

Key Performance Metrics

Support Studio’s on‑time project completion rate of 80% for creative requests to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Ensure 100% compliance with packaging guidelines across all product lines, maintaining brand consistency, and regional regulatory adherence.

Ensure 100% adherence to established workflow processes , keeping files organized and accessible in the digital asset system.

Improve annual tool and software utilization, ensuring efficient use of Adobe Suite, AI tools, and workflow systems to optimize production.

Ensure 100% of packaging innovation projects incorporate data‑driven design execution leveraging market trends, consumer behaviour, and industry data to inform creative decisions.

What We’re Looking For





Experience & Expertise – 7+ years in packaging design within CPG, health & wellness, or food & beverage, with a portfolio that demonstrates senior‑level creativity and execution.

Technical Mastery – Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), plus strong knowledge of dielines, prepress, and print production. Bonus if you’ve worked with 3D visualization tools (Cinema4D, Blender) or AI‑assisted design.

Strategic Thinking – Ability to align creative with business goals, regulatory needs, and consumer insights.

Collaboration – Excellent communicator who thrives on cross‑functional teamwork.

Leadership Mindset – Ready to mentor, influence, and set the bar high for packaging design.
