Elevate Your Career as a Process Engineer III
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer III to lead a design team in the agile petroleum refining and chemical process industry, focusing on innovative process design and optimization.
Role Overview
Lead the development of basic process design specifications and oversee engineering contractor deliverables during project phases.
Monitor and guide junior engineers in creating heat & material balances, design flow plans, and process equipment designs.
Conduct process optimization studies to identify capital and operating cost savings and evaluate process configuration alternatives.
Provide technical oversight for engineering contractor work to ensure adherence to company methods and project specifications.
Participate in Hazard & Operability Reviews for current or modified facilities.
Assist in commissioning and start-up of recent or modified facilities as required.
Establish organization and staffing processes.
Skills & Qualifications
Process Engineering: Strong background in process design and optimization.
Technical Oversight: Ability to provide guidance on engineering deliverables.
Adaptability: Capacity to manage tight deadlines and changing priorities.
Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office suite.
Communication: Fluent in English for technical and business communications.
Education & Experience
Degree: BS/MS in Chemical Engineering or equivalent required.
Experience: Relevant experience in petroleum refining or chemical process industries.
